This year, our stand at ITB is going to be even bigger than ever
The Internationale Tourismus Börse — better known as ITB — is the leading travel trade show in the world. 10,000 exhibitors from more than 180 countries gather over 160,000 square metres to make deals, network and discover new developments.
This is Kiwi.com’s fifth year in a row at ITB. Because our position within the travel industry has strengthened and grown, our booth is bigger than ever. It has increased from 56 square metres in 2018 to 77 square metres.
What does ITB mean for us?
Because there are 1,000 qualified top buyers attending, along with 110,000 trade visitors, there’s no wonder much of the BizDev, Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, Strategy, Product, Tools & Information and Search teams will be present this year. It’s the best place to meet our current partners from all over the world.
We also use this event to engage in talks with potential partners — businesses covering every aspect of the travel industry are at ITB. We want to talk to every one of these, whether they are airlines, airports, retail, ancillaries suppliers, travel boards, city and country tourist boards, GDS, technology companies or marketing companies.
What is our main focus for this year’s ITB?
● Promoting Tequila across all verticals. We want to show the travel industry that Tequila is a one-stop-shop platform to make their businesses better
● Focus on delivering more partnerships for Kiwi.com Holidays
● Maintaining strategic partnerships across all verticals
● Engaging with hundreds of potential partners
● Representing and branding our company as much as we can.

Last year we carried out more than 200 meetings during the event and now we expect to achieve much more in all aspects.
