Business travel start-up also partners with WeWork for new roadshow series

Travel tech start-up TapTrip has announced the integration of Kiwi.com products into its platform. Its users will be able to enjoy the benefits of comparing prices, including flights and ground transport networks.

The move follows TapTrip’s recent announcement that it will be co-hosting a series of roadshows with WeWork. The roadshows will help start-ups and SMEs optimize their business travel and expenses and will be held across the UK.

The travel technology company is WeWork’s approved travel and expenses solution for all of its members. TapTrip’s co-founders, Neil Ruth and Thomas Young, are mentors to WeWork Labs.

TapTrip is a free-to-use online booking tool that allows its customers to search and book travel, track employees and record expenses in just one platform.

Known for creating visionary business ecosystems, WeWork’s global network of shared workspaces for technology start-ups has multiple locations in the UK, including TapTrip’s home-base of Manchester — where the first stop of the roadshows will kick off.

TapTrip was founded by Neil Ruth, Thomas Young and Jack Timblin in 2018 to make business travel frictionless for SMEs. They aim to bring the personalization and user experience of services such as Spotify or Netflix to business travelers, while building in control for businesses.

It provides centralized travel bookings for flights, trains, hotels and taxis, synchronization of availability and bookings with traveler’s calendars, tracked costs and automated spend reports, expenses submission, automation and approval in seconds, and sophisticated 24/7 traveler tracking.
